Due to overwhelming of requests, the Tempea team is happy to bring back home delivery services to keep your tempeh supply fresh and full! We have recently moved to a new and BIGGER facility. There’s been a spike in our retail quantities from some of you wanting to stock up on tempeh, but if you’d like to buy directly from us, not only will that help us manage our inventory better, but can also save you a trip to the store! We’ll be delivering orders in recyclable cardboard trays.

As a local food business, we’re able to keep doing what we love because of your support. The nature of this outbreak makes it difficult for a lot of our food service clients to keep operating, which trickles down to businesses like ours. But we also understand that going out to a crowded grocery store can also affect everyone’s safety, so we are now challenged to come up with alternatives that can help us keep our business afloat, and still provide nourishing, inclusive food options to our local community.
HOW IT WORKS
We do deliveries to Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Delta, New Westminster, Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Surrey, White Rock and Langley.

Minimum order of $46 or more of tempeh (mix & match) will be free delivery.
ALL OTHER CITIES (delivery fee apply to any amount of order):
$6 Delivery Fee - Delta, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby, and New Westminster
$8 Delivery Fee - Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Surrey, White Rock and Langley

Love our tempeh? Don’t care for which type? We are now offering a surprise package of different varieties of tempeh delivered to your door at a low fixed cost. Help us reduce waste and clear our freezer space.
These are extra tempeh we fermented that did not end up in retail. Help us save these lonely, just as delicious tempeh :)
Surprise package contains quantity between 6-10 x 200g frozen packages of any variety of tempeh.
A flat rate of $35 plus the applicable delivery fee based on your location as indicated above.
Lucky ones may get some of our experimental tempeh ;)
You may also pick up your order at our facility on Mondays, Wednesdays to Fridays any time from 9:00am - 4:00pm. Kindly include in the delivery note if you require pick up on other days and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Our tempeh can keep refrigerated for 7 days or up to 3 months in the freezer from date of delivery. For more product info, please click here.
DELIVERY DAYS & CUT-OFF TIMES
Because our tempeh is made fresh, we require a 3 day lead time. If frozen tempeh is acceptable, we can accept orders with up to one day notice. However, your order may be delayed due to production issues.
Orders placed by 4pm on Fridays will be delivered on Monday - Wednesdays.
Orders placed by 4pm on Mondays will be delivered Wednesdays - Fridays.
Rest assured, our frozen tempeh is safe to consume and the quality still meet our standards.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
We require online pre-payment for all orders and ONLY E-transfer. Cash and other methods of payment are not accepted at this time. We will arrange a time and date for your order drop off. For specific delivery instructions, kindly include it in the notes section of your order.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the tempeh upon delivery or a safe spot for drop off. Tempeh can be left outside for 3-4 hours.
